- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, marketing or similar field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed fundraising targets.
- Creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing fundraising opportunities.

Job Description:
- Identify prospective individual, corporate, and foundation donors. Cultivate and maintain strong networks with them, including facilitating visits to Alpha Palliative Care headquarters. Manage and update a database to record donor contact and preference information.
- Prepare grant applications, fundraising proposals, and donor appeals, in requisite formats, to communicate Alpha Palliative Care’s mission.
- Brainstorm, organize, and execute a variety of fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and events in coordination with the senior management.
- Develop marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, online content for social media, to promote fundraising activities. Compile service statistics of various programs of Alpha Palliative Care and its impact over the past 20+ years in Kerala for use in marketing materials.
- Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers, including from the local community, to assist with fundraising efforts.
- Manage and track fundraising budgets along with the Finance & Accounts team, to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes for internal stakeholders and donors.
