Job Description:
CanSupport is an NGO that has been providing home-based palliative care to cancer patients in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Meerut, Rohtak, Sonipat, Jind, Mansa and Jamshedpur.
CanSupport runs India’s largest free home-based palliative care programme since 26 years.
A multi-disciplinary team, consisting of a doctor, a nurse, and a nurse counselor will provide care in cancer patients homes which consists of pain and symptom management, nursing care, and counseling on medical and psychosocial issues.
A vehicle will be provided to the team for visiting patients. Salary negotiable.
