Applications Invited for the IAHPC’s Grant to Participate in IAPCON 2026
The Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPC) in collaboration with the International Association of Hospice and Palliative Care (IAHPC) invite applications to receive grants to encourage participation in the 33rd International Conference of the Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPCON 2026). IAPCON 2026 is scheduled to be held at NI-MSME, Yosufnagar, Hyderabad from 13th to 15th February, 2026. Pre-conference workshops will be conducted on 12th February, 2026. The grant will support individuals working in the field of palliative care by covering their registration fees. Selected grantee will be eligible to receive a maximum of USD 125 (approx. INR 11,000).
Individuals who satisfy the following criteria are invited to apply for the grant:
- Current members of the IAPC.
- Early-career palliative care professionals (less than 10 years in the field)
- Individuals working in rural, remote, or resource-constrained areas
- Presenters with accepted posters or oral presentations at IAPCON 2026 (desirable but not essential)
- Individuals with an active IAHPC membership. (desirable but not essential)
Important dates:
- Last date to submit applications: 5th January 2026
- grantees will be notified by email on: 15th January, 2026
- Last date for grantees to submit required documents (listed below) post participation at IAPCON 2026: 28th Feb 2026.
Details about Grant distribution:
The grant amount will be presented to the grantees post IAPCON 2026, upon submission of the following documents:
- Participation Certificate of IAPCON 2026
- Copy of the receipt of the registration fee paid towards registering for IAPCON 2026
- A brief report (500 words) on the learnings from the conference and its positive impact on your professional practice.
- Grant amount will be transferred to the grantees in the first week of March 2026 only (After 14 working days post-conference).

- IFSC Code
Documents to be submitted along with the online e-application form:
- Proof of Identity (Any ID issued by the Government of India like AADHAAR, Driving Licence, Voters Card etc.).
- Reference Letter from the Head of the Work Place or any IAPC Member.
- An updated one-page CV, not exceeding 500 words.
