Submit abstracts before 17th February, 2025, for the ‘Oceanic Palliative Care Conference 2025’, Brisbane, Australia, 10th – 12th September, 2025

Abstracts are invited for the ‘Oceanic Palliative Care Conference 2025’ (250PCC), scheduled to be held between Wednesday, 10th September, 2025, and Friday, 12th September, 2025, at Brisbane, Australia.

They go on to share that several patients and caregivers receive fragmented care and fall through the gaps. The conference therefore strives to address this critical need by creating an opportunity for delegates to come together, ask difficult questions, and find ways to work in collaboration to support individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments.

Those keen on learning and sharing real world solutions that respond to these challenges, and who are driven by a shared passion for delivering and improving access to palliative care, are welcome to register for the conference
