To commemorate World Storytelling Day, we are delighted to announce conversation on ‘Humanising Healthcare through Storytelling – Stories as a tool for transformation’, a collaborative initiative between IAPC and Pallium India, on Wednesday, 23rd March, at 7 p.m. IST.

Our speakers will share with us the power of human stories in transforming quality care provision in different settings, following which, we will have a section for reflections and questions.

In the run up to the event, we invite you to send in your own stories – stories that you have experienced as care providers or care recipients, that have impacted your own practice and philosophy.

We request that these stories with a maximum of 500 words, be sent to assistant.nio.iapc@gmail.com by Wednesday, 30^th March 2022.

With your participation, we hope to create a repository of palliative care stories which will demonstrate that, ultimately, it is our stories that make us human, and listening to the stories behind the statistics is what makes care truly compassionate!
