Save the Date: APHC–OPCC 2027
Mark your calendars for 20–23 April 2027, as the Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Conference and the Oceanic Palliative Care Conference come together for the first time since 2009. This landmark joint conference will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) in South Australia and is expected to bring together around 2,000 delegates for four days of learning, connection, and collaboration.
Held under the theme “Stronger Together: Humanity at the heart of palliative care,” the conference will highlight dignity, compassion, and personhood, supported by practical, system-ready solutions. It offers a unique platform to engage with leaders shaping palliative care across the region, foster meaningful partnerships, and contribute to improving the experience of serious illness and end-of-life care.

7th Maruzza International Congress on Paediatric Palliative Care
Abstract submission closes on 7th June, 2026; Attractive Awards for young professionals
The 7th Maruzza Congress, themed “Bridging Care: From Research to Clinical Practice,” will be held from 21st to 23rd October 2026 in Rome.
A key highlight of this edition is the renewed focus on early-career professionals working in paediatric palliative care to foster the next generation of leaders in the field. Presenting authors under the age of 35 will be eligible for the 2026 Award for Excellence in Paediatric Palliative Care, generously supported by the Vlček Family Foundation.
Early bird registration, with a reduced fee, is open until 17th May, 2026 and abstract submission closes on 7th June, 2026.
