In 2017, the one year fellowship program will start in August. This distance education program includes 10 days of theory classes in August at Institute of Palliative Medicine, 10 online assignments, 2 clinical postings at two palliative care centres (duration of each posting – 10 days) and a final evaluation, which will be conducted in July / August 2018 at Institute of Palliative Medicine, Kozhikode.

I am very keen to do this course but I am a question that “Do I have to attach the bank draft with the form before sending and you wrote to write the purpose of doing this course but no space is mentioned in the form to write it?”
