Register for the online training program on ‘Pediatric Palliative Care’
The Department of Palliative Medicine at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, is organizing an online training program on “Pediatric Palliative Care”, to train Doctors and Nurses to meet the growing demand for Pediatric Palliative Care services at various health care settings.
The course aims to train Doctors and Nurses in managing Paediatric patients and their families, who are struggling to live in the face of progressive, symptomatic, and debilitating diseases; and empower these professionals to care for and support these struggling patients and families by helping them find meaning and peace even in the face of death.
These trained doctors and nurses will be able to provide specialized and skilled palliative care services by rendering efficient and compassionate child centric care while also being mindful of attention to detail.
Who can apply: General Practitioners and Registered nurses (BSc & GNM) with Pediatric experience.
Duration: Every Saturday between 24th July and 28th August 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Medium of teaching: English
Registration fee: Rs. 300/-
