Election to the Central Council of Indian Association of Palliative Care for the year 2018 will be held during the Annual General Meeting. Vacancies open for the year are as follows:

President Elect

The term of President elect will be for 1 year and will take over after 1 year, during the AGM of IAPC February 2018. The term of President is for 3 years.

Eligibility for the post: For the post of Central Council Member the applicant must have an uninterrupted membership of the Association for at least 5 years on the date of being elected.

Executive Committee Members

The term of Central Council Members is for 2 years.

Eligibility for the post: For the post of Central Council Member, the applicant must have an uninterrupted membership of Association for at least 3 years on the date of being nominated.

Editor: Vacancy 1

North: Vacancy 1 (J & K, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttranchal, Delhi and UP).

West: Vacancy 1 (Rajasthan, Gujrat, Maharashtra, MP, Goa, Daman & Diu, Dada Nagar).

East: Vacancy 1 (WB, Orissa, Bihar, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh).

North East: Vacancy 1 (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura).

South: Vacancy 2 (Kerela, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh).
